Booking & Payment

  1. Deposit: £100 required at booking (deducted from balance).
  2. Final Payment: Paid on the party day at the Tuck Shop (cash/debit/credit card).
  3. Amendments:
  • One free amendment.
  • Additional amendments incur a £10 fee.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • 3+ months: Full refund (minus £10 fee).
  • 1–2 months: 50% refund (minus £10 fee).
  • <1 month: No refund.
  1. Illness: Parties can be rescheduled (subject to availability). If no date is found, the deposit is forfeited.

Party Capacity & Supervision

  1. Max Capacity: 40 children.
  2. Age Limit: 12 years and under.
  3. Height Restriction: 1.52m (5 ft).
  4. Supervision:
  • At least 2 adults must supervise children at all times.
  • Adults are responsible for monitoring safe equipment use.

Party Rules

  1. Party Duration: 2 hours.
  • Recommended:
  • 90 minutes of play.
  • 30 minutes to eat (children should not return to inflatables after eating).
  1. Room Access: Party host + 1 person may enter 30 minutes early to set up.
  2. Decorations:
  • Free-standing only.
  • No blu-tac, tape, glue dots, confetti, or confetti balloons.
  1. Self-Catering:
  • Food must be prepared beforehand.
  • No kettles, flasks, or cooking/heating equipment allowed.
  1. Drinks: Lids must remain on drinks.
  2. Cakes: Must comply with Natasha’s Law (commercially prepared).
  • Standard candles are allowed (no re-lighting candles or sparklers).

Safety Rules

  1. Socks & Clothing:
  • All guests must wear socks.
  • Long sleeves/tops and trousers are recommended.
  • No shoes or food on inflatables.
  1. Health:
  • Unwell children should not attend.
  • Staff may remove children showing signs of illness.
  1. Equipment:
  • All items must be PAT-tested (including helium machines).
  1. No Alcohol: Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  2. Hot Drinks: Cannot be brought in (a coffee bar is available).

Conduct & Behavior

  1. Fighting, bullying, or abusive behavior towards staff or guests will not be tolerated.
  2. Management may remove anyone violating rules.
  3. Liability:
  • The Den Hub is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage.
  • Hosts are responsible for any damage caused during the party.
  1. Vehicles are left in the car park at the owner’s risk.

Cleaning & Exiting

  1. Hosts must:
  • Clear tables.
  • Place rubbish in black bags (staff will help dispose of it).
  1. Guests must vacate the venue promptly after the party.

Food Allergy Policy

  1. The Den Hub is a NUT-FREE ZONE.
  2. Guests must inform The Den Hub about any food allergies or intolerances.

Miscellaneous

  • Music playlists can be arranged with staff.
  • Party bookings do not grant exclusive use of the premises.

Important Notes for Guests

  • All guests must be informed of:
  • Rules of play.
  • Clothing/sock requirements.
  • The prohibition of shoes and food on inflatables.
  • Violation of rules may result in removal from the premises.
